Brewing Instructions:
Briefly rinse 1–2 teaspoons of tea leaves with hot water at 95°C, then discard the rinse. Steep the leaves in 250ml of water at 95°C for 2–3 minutes. The leaves may be re-steeped several times, with each infusion revealing new layers of flavor.
