Brewing Instructions:
For a traditional preparation, fill a mate gourd about two-thirds full with yerba mate and add water at approximately 80°C. Alternatively, steep 1–2 teaspoons per 250ml of water at 80°C for 3–5 minutes. The leaves may be re-steeped several times.
