At Tea Source, we take great care in packing every order to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment has been confirmed.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information (where applicable).

During promotional periods, holidays, or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping

We offer nationwide shipping throughout the Philippines.

Estimated delivery times

• Metro Manila: 1–3 business days
• Provincial Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, parcel size, and weight.

Free Shipping

Orders with an eligible subtotal of ₱700 or more, as calculated at checkout, receive free Standard Shipping only when the applicable shipping fee is ₱105 or less.

If the shipping fee shown at checkout exceeds ₱105, the free-shipping promotion does not apply and the full shipping fee will be charged.

This offer applies only to Standard Shipping and does not apply to Local Delivery.

Local Delivery

Need your tea today? Simply select Local Delivery at checkout.

We'll arrange delivery through Lalamove, allowing you to receive your order as quickly as possible within our Local Delivery service area.

Please note:

• Available within selected Metro Manila areas only.
• Delivery fees are based on the current Lalamove rates and will be charged separately.
• Free shipping promotions do not apply to Local Delivery.
• Delivery is subject to rider availability, weather conditions, and traffic.
• Our team will coordinate your delivery after your order has been confirmed.
• Once your delivery has been booked, we'll send you a tracking link via email so you can monitor your order in real time.
