Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 3-day return window, meaning you have 3 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility:

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items, except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your return request is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos or videos as proof. We highly recommend recording a video while unboxing the parcel to ensure all claims can be properly evaluated.

Processing Time for Returns:

Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive your return for processing.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain products are not eligible for returns, such as custom orders or personalized items. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us.

Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

If you'd like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the item first, and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired item.

International Returns:

For international returns, please ensure the return shipping complies with customs regulations. We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

For orders shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
