What's the minimum order?
Start with 1kg per variety. The same 1kg-per-item minimum applies to reorders.
Can you supply teabags as well as loose leaf?
Yes. Both loose leaf tea and teabags are available for wholesale.
Do you offer samples before the first order?
Yes. Paid samples are available before your first wholesale order.
What are your payment terms?
Payment is accepted via bank transfer or GCash.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes. We deliver nationwide through third-party logistics. Please refer to the delivery rates above.
How far ahead should we order?
Allow 3–5 business days for products that are in stock. If we need to restock, lead time may be up to six weeks. We'll confirm your exact timeline before you order.
