When am I charged?
On the same date each month, based on when you first subscribed.
Does normal delivery apply?
Yes — free delivery on orders ₱700+, standard fees otherwise, same as any order.
Can I combine this with other discount codes?
No, Subscribe & Save can’t be combined with other codes.
What if my subscribed tea is out of stock?
We’ll reach out before charging you, with the option to swap, skip that delivery, or wait for restock.
Can I change my tea or quantity?
Each subscription is set to one tea at a fixed quantity. To switch teas, cancel your current subscription and start a new one for the tea you want.
