A clear guide to monthly billing, delivery, changes, and the 10% Subscribe & Save benefit.
How it works
Subscribe & Save lets you set an eligible tea to repeat automatically once a month, at 10% off, so you never run out. You’re billed on the same date each month, based on when you first subscribed.
Minimum commitment
Your first 2 deliveries are required before you can cancel. After that, skip, pause, or cancel anytime through your account.
Discounts
The 10% Subscribe & Save discount cannot be combined with other promo codes or discounts.
Delivery
Subscription orders follow our standard delivery rates — free delivery on orders ₱700+, standard fees below that, same as any order.
If a subscribed tea is out of stock
We aim to always keep subscribed teas in stock. If we can’t fulfill an order, we’ll reach out before charging you — with the option to swap for a similar tea, skip that delivery, or wait a few extra days for restock.
Changing your tea
Each subscription is set to one tea at a fixed quantity. To switch teas, cancel your current subscription and start a new one for the tea you’d like instead.
